End of Month Clearance at DealDash

Have You Visited DealDash @ Facebook?

If you haven’t been to the DealDash Facebook page, you are missing part of the fun!  They do a great job of streaming information and interesting stories about others wins.  It’s a great place to see who’s who.  You will find other players and what they’ve won and see the prices of wins and usually how many bids they used.  This is very helpful as well as entertaining.

There is the basic information about the company; phone numbers address etc.

You will find information on how to win up to 350 free bids for sending a photo to the DealDash community (community@dealdash.com) You may submit as many photos as you like and one will be given 30-350 free bids and be entered in the “Photo of the Week” contest where one lucky player wins 1000 free bids.

You can read reviews from other players and interact with people who are just learning about DealDash and others who have been there for some time.  There are pages and pages of winner’s photos and some videos too.  If you post a video of one of your wins, DealDash will give you 250 bids! easy-peasy, find the instructions at the DealDash Facebook page.  You will see a lot familiar faces in the photo gallery because the players who do post get free bids! Free bids are like money in the bank.

They post fun human interest content and very often the community will get involved in the conversation that is usually about current events, or remembering the past.  You will always get a smile from some critter like a puppy or a kitten with amusing quotes. Let’s just say it’s a really happy place where a lot of people with a similar interest come together to share.  There are recipes too!

There are links to the blogs that are so helpful.  There is information in them about everything you want to know like, “how to DealDash“, “what to expect” and  useful tips that help you win. There are product reviews and brand endorsements.  You can find a few items you’ll be happy to bid on.

You will find information about the current sale or upcoming sales.  This will help you plan when the best time for you to bid in a given week.  If you wait until bids are the lowest price, about .12 cents, you will maximize the bid buying potential.  A few extra bids always comes in handy, and I’ve won auctions with one bid!

The Winner’s List at DealDash

If you go to the Winner’s List at DealDash, you will find a constant flow of winners.  Every one of the players who are walking away with a prize are getting it at a wonderful discount.  If you don’t win this one, don’t fret, you can get involved in the next one.

The Winner’s List will give you a bunch of information beyond the list of who’s winning what.  It’s telling you who is at the market right now, that’s a valuable list!  If you’ve been bidding at the site just once, you most likely encountered a bidder who won’t give up.  That player will usually always play that way, so keep that in mind.  I used to keep a pretty extensive list to keep track of those players, now I just know.  I can even tell if a newbie is on the site before I look at their start date.  You will get to know this information as well. DealDash is so much fun you  will want to come back every day, so it doesn’t take long to learn who is who.

If you see someone who has won a lot of auctions, keep track of them in the auctions, then go win the same item after they are gone because you can only win each item once a week.  If they won it already, they won’t be in the next auction.  Because you can win as many other items as you wish at DealDash, those players will be involved in other auctions. Tip: you may win a different color or size of an item, but not the same exact item.

You can see in the Winner’s List the “final -price-trend”, if all the prizes are selling under a dollar or around a dollar, there are most likely fewer players on the site and each player may win more.   The fewer the players the more likely you will win. If you don’t win an item by the time you paid for it in bids you can purchase the item at DealDash and they will give you your bids back for free!  Win-Win!!

The Winner’s List has a real-time constant flow of information.  If an item sell for over $100, it means it’s been going on for many, many hours, if it sells in the .50 cent range, it was minutes.  So to see what winners are actually “active” on line best to keep your eye on the items that close low.

You can also tell who is on line by going into a few auctions, you will know in a minute or few.  Refresh the Winner’s List often and check it often, you’ll want to know if someone you are bidding against just won the 3000 bid pack!  If they did, you can guess they will place a bunch of them on your item, this might be a good time to take a break….or load up your Bid Buddy for the long haul!

So, see who’s on line, what closing prices are trending at and see who’s winning the big bid packs by checking the Winner’s List often when bidding at DealDash!

Early Christmas Present Sale

This is it! This is the sale we’ve been waiting for!  It’s time to launch the 2016 DealDash Holiday Gift Shopping Season.  This is my favorite time of year at DealDash.  They offer fantastic sales and lot’s of small gifts.  You don’t have to stop at the small gifts though, they will still have all the big ones, you just have to go for it!

This week’s sale at DealDash is the Early Christmas Present Sale, and it’s a great time to get your Wins 50% Off!  That means that every prize you win, you pay only half the final price.  The auction will still go up one penny at a time, one bid at a time, but in the end, you pay half.

It’s Autumn; Code for Christmas

753b2-dd2btoyWhen you are speaking in terms of shopping at your favorite Penny Auction Site DealDash.Com for Christmas, Chanukah, and holiday festivities, it’s not too early if it’s Autumn.  Most regulars at DealDash have already begun their holiday shopping, and many are half done by now.  So what are you waiting for?  Join the fun and tick items off your list quickly!  Here is a list of items I’ve come to know to be fairly easy to win for just a few to 100 bids.

These are standard classic gifts and DealDash offers a variety of them throughout the season, if there isn’t one on the market today, you will find it in the search bar, there you can select the “Alert Me” tab to have DealDash notify you when it does come on the market.

warm-bev-245The way the Alert Me Tab works is in conjunction with the “search” if you find an item in the search and it’s not scheduled yet, you will see the Alert Me tab, you click on that and DealDash will send you an email notification three days before the auction.  They will also let you know the day before and moments before.  It gives you plenty of opportunity to schedule the auction and plan to be present.

Once the auction begins simply load up your Bid Buddy and let the bids roll until you win!  At least you hope you win.   This is entertainment shopping, so there is the element of risk involved.  If you learn to use the features of the site to your advantage, you will be able to win more auctions and save more money all while having fun.

apples junior 23Games, DealDash is a great place to find board games, yard games and games for people of all ages.  They don’t offer games everyday, they are very special and come on the market more and more throughout the season. Keep your search bar busy looking for games to Bookmark.

Kitchen (Small) Appliances, You will easily find one or two items for the kitchen on the market daily, and more throughout any given week.  This is a popular category and a lot of players will be involved. Make sure it’s an item you really want and one that you will Buy It Now (BIN) if you don’t win.  That way, you get your bids back.

card walmartGift Cards, There are any variety of Gift Cards for restaurants, gasoline, big box stores, a major airline, and one-line stores. This category has its legions of fans.  You can score a gift card real quick, or it could take days, you have to know the field, and I would suggest you bookmark and watch a couple before you bid.  Especially if you plan on bidding on the high value cards, for example over $500, they will take many, many bids.  This is the best BIN category, you need the card to use anyway, might as well rack up the BIN number of bids. cost of item/cost of bids = number of bids not to exceed to buy the item and get your bids returned. The lower the value of the card, the easier it is to win. (usually, results will vary 🙂 )

timex-54Watches, There are watches of some kind on the market nearly every hour at DealDash.  They have some of the most unique watches I’ve ever seen and this item is usually easy to win.  Don’t get in a bidding war with someone over an item that will be on the market again in an hour, just go for the next one.

DealDash Power Bidder Antidote

At DealDash there are all types of bidders, but today I’m going to talk about the “Power Bidder” and how to overcome their antics.  It takes time and patience to get to know who they are and until you do, keep it simple.  By simple I mean, low retail and quick auctions.

When DealDash lifted the limit on wins, the field changed, and this is one thing I’ve noticed about Power Bidders now, they are bidding in all the auctions, they can be found across the board in prizes from $50 and up.  They used to stick mostly to the higher retail priced items because they could only win nine items and they wanted them all to be big, but now they can win as many items as they want, so they are in all the auctions.  The good news is you can figure out who a power bidder is on a $150 item quicker than a $3000 item.

How is that important?  Well, the $3000 items have bidders who will bid into the thousands of bids and they could last days, so you may have days before you can figure out if this person may over bid or bid endlessly.  If it’s a lower retail value, you will be able to figure it out in an hour or less, you don’t even have to bid, you can just watch a few.  There are auctions that go longer in this price range, but that’s not where the deal is.  I prefer to win these items low or walk away.

There will be players who bid in nearly every auction and that spreads themselves too thin, so they make mistakes and even run out of bids.  Some make more mistakes than others. Follow these people and when they win an item, wait for the next one, they are now out of the field because they can only win each item once a week.

The main reason they are Power Bidders is that they have a lot of bids, they most likely exchange their wins for more bids and continue to bid on more items they don’t really want or need.  Which leads me to another antidote, the items that are less “everyday” will have more players like that.  The everyday items, like a toaster or iron will have a lot of bidders, but most of them will be playing to win within limits.  The power bidder may come in, but they don’t usually play for simple everyday items as much.

Keep in mind that it does take time to get to know these bidders, but it’s worth the work because you will be able to make more educated guesses while using less bids and winning more. They can be beat by everyday players!

Weekend Sale at DealDash

What is a Penny Auction Site?

Penny Auctions are a type of shopping and a form of internet game play and together called “Entertainment Shopping”.  You can win items at great savings or you can purchase any item on the site as well, that is if you are at DealDash.

DealDash is the best Penny Auction site out there.  They are a fair and honest site with designs that help their players win!  There are a great number of ways to get free bids through DealDash and all you have to do to get them is bid!

The way DealDash Penny Auction site works is you buy bids, usually around .15 cents each, and use those bids to “bid” on items you want and need.  Every bid you place raises the price of the item by one penny, and subsequently, every other bidders bids also raise the price by one penny until the last bid is placed, and then someone wins.

You choose a “username” to represent yourself in the DealDash auctions, and you get to know the other players, there are hundreds of players who bid everyday, and you will usually encounter all of them throughout a normal day, so get to know them and their habits, that will help you win more deals.

Equinox Sale at DealDash

This Sale starts on Cyber Monday in September 19, 2016 at DealDash, with Free Wins and 50 auctions at 2 PM.  At DealDash it’s always exciting to bid, but when 50 auctions start at once, it’s a mad frenzy of fun!  The best way to encounter this sale is to shop ahead of time, at the very least bookmark your items by clicking on the star in the upper right hand corner of the auction.  I also put bids in the Bid Buddy, but it’s not necessary.  It does save time to do that, but then when the auction starts, I place one bid in each auction which loads it up and I’m off!

On Tuesday and for the rest of the week at the Equinox Sale,  DealDash will up the game and add a bunch of free bids to every bid you place for your Time As High Bidder (TAHB). Each day this week has increasing bid multiplier starting at 2X then, 3X  and then 4X!  This is a great time to tally up your free bids.  When you earn free bids, you win great deals.  Free Bids are FREE!  For every bid you place you will receive your free bids!  This is, in my opinion, the best deal at DealDash.

All week bids are going to be between .12 and .15 cents, this is a perfect time to load up on bids because if you compound your free bids with bids that cost .12 cents each, you will be winning prizes at the very best of prices!

Warm Beverages Served up with DealDash

warm-bev-245Well, today is the last day of summer, all the flavors at the coffee shops are switching to pumpkin and spice.  We move from iced beverages to warm beverages and before you go anywhere to get your beverage maker, check out the selection at DealDash.

You can find a coffee pot to prepare your favorite pod coffee.  There are drip coffee makers and steeping systems.  DealDash has a great selection of unique designed serving dishes and other accessories to make your warm beverage world complete.

Coffee pots and warm beverage items are very popular items at DealDash.  What defines a “popular” auction.  In terms of how I play, it’s how many players are in the auction, and how close to Buy It Now (BIN) option the final price is.  BIN is where you can purchase an item you’ve bid on and have your bids returned. The best case scenario would be, few players and low retail.  That is the perfect auction.  You want a little competition, but you then want to win quickly, and the chase in pursuit of that is where the entertainment comes in.

warm-bev-44If there are a lot of players in an auction, I mean over 50 players or even more, then I would consider that a popular item because a lot of players want the item.  Auctions that have 10-25 players tend to be easier to win because, most likely, the item isn’t as popular.

DealDash offers items every minute or two throughout the day, but the more popular items are offered less often, that creates interest, and that’s a good reason to do your shopping.  I’ve created a “wish list” I keep it on my desk and do a search for those items every day.  I always hit the “Alert Me” Tab in the auction so I am reminded by DealDash to come to the auction.  If the auction is about to start within 24 hours, I can click the bookmark and it will be at the top of my main page until it ends.  I can either play or watch.  I will do research on an item for a couple of weeks to see how low it could sell, then I set my sight on the low price.
